🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain mission-critical systems. You will lead technical projects from architecture to deployment. You will also play a key role in setting engineering standards and mentoring team members.

• System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems.

• Code Delivery: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable production code.

• Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews and set technical guidelines.

• Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix complex system and performance bottlenecks.

• Collaboration: Partner with Product and Design teams to scope new features.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Data Systems: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
